Very convenient. It has a spot to put your pills in also.

Really love this item. This is my second one as The first one I purchase fell in the shower while camping. I made sure as soon as I got home I replaced it. Very cool looking and very convenient multipurpose little cup.

I ordered the 8 ounce cup and I love it. I carry Tylenol and antihistamine pills in mine for emergencies. This little cup will travel everywhere with me. Especially useful in hotel room stays where glass cups have been known to be germ ridden. Humangear has a great line of basic travel necessities that any traveler should have. Sure, there are others who make similar and more economical products, but the quality and ingenuity isn't the same. If you're on a budget, the other brands are great. But if you can buy Humangear accessories, you won't be disappointed. Especially given their lifetime warranty. I'm gentle on my gear so I doubt they'll ever hear from me, but it's nice to know they stand by their product.I discovered HG about two weeks ago and I have already purchased a 3-pack of each GoToob size, a 3-pack of the small and large GoTubs, a 3-pack of their Uno sporks and 2 duos for car, office and travel. I'm obsessed, buts it's a healthy obsession. i highly recommend them.

Can I give these things 10 stars!!! Anything made by humangear is going to rock and their customer service is second to none. I started out buying their tubes at REI and dropped one in the shower and the lid broke. I contacted them about buying a new lid and instead they sent me two new lids and a large GoTubb for my trouble. All for free. The GoCup is big. Sometimes I get really grossed by how germy a hotel glass can be. I like to use my own every once in a while. It's also great when I need to take medication at a set time and it can be stored in the cup and then collapsed down for my purse.

This cup is exactly what I have been looking for. I plan to use it for travel for tooth brushing, etc. The capacity is 8 oz. filled to the brim. It is made of a food grade silicone. I will probably not use the pill container, but it is a nice addition. It is definitely not intended to be filled and taken along, it has holes in the top. Overall, it will fit my needs.

This is the perfect size for my use. I need a travel cup to take to work, so I can mix my Calms magnesium powder with water. The sizing is very confusing, however. The name of the item is Large GoCup, but the drop down choice is only for Medium or Small. So, I picked the Medium. If you fill it almost to the rim, it holds 3/4 cup. There are markings on the side of the cup, but I did not find them to be accurate. It is a rubbery material. You take off the top, which has a small inner container for pills, which really isn't big enough for my use. Then you pull up the collapsible cup. It stays up! Once you pour your liquid in, it is better to lift it up with both hands. Once I have it up, I am able to hold it with one hand to drink. Then, you push it back down to collapse it. It appears to be very sturdy, and looks like it will last a long time. It's one more thing I need to wash by hand, but I don't mind, since I rinse it out before collapsing. Just what I needed!

I'm so tired of worrying about whether the glasses in hotel bathrooms are sanitary or were cleaned with the same towel used to clean the rest of the bathroom. Not every hotel provides paper-wrapped cups. With the GoCup I no longer give any thought at all to what a hotel provides for glasses or cups. It's so compact and takes up very little room in my toiletries bag, at the ready for taking vitamins and brushing teeth.

Any collapsible cup you need to be careful with, that being said, I grew up with the hard plastic accordion style, once filled and you put any mouth preassure on it, at least one side would start to collapse and what was in the cup ended up ON you. I have no problem like that with this cup, also if you drop or step on it, it will not break like the hard plastic ones would.I have a small 4 oz one like this that I keep in my purse. If I am at a store and need water, etc to take a pill or just am a bit thirsty, I hate to spend money on a bottle of water or pop. I also hate to drink from the water fountain, to many germs and I get more water on me then in me.

It works well. Good size, it's stable and collapses into a manageable size. Some of the others were just to tall and thin ..... squat is always more stable. I can't comment on the pill holder. I personally wouldn't it use it for that purpose because of the chance the medications would get wet by accident.

This is the ideal travel cup. It is durable, easy to store and expand for use. It holds a reasonable amount of liquid and can be used to store some meds. It is also an excellent bugout bag item. I am very pleased with this quality made and cost effective product, and highly recommend it.

This cup is the best! I carry this cup with me and use it regularly to take medication. It solves the problem of what to do when you need a cup of water when you are out and about. I pop it out, mix my medication with 8 oz of water in the cup -- there is also a convenient storage compartment for pills -- drink it all and fold it back up, and am on my way. Nothing like the old travel cups we used back in the day.

I used this for international travel at the end of February. Worked quite well. It's silicon - so obviously it's not a solid/rigid plastic cup. I just made sure that I paid attention to how I gripped the cup before I picked it up. Otherwise, it's compact & very useable. I'd buy more.

I've always been a fan of the Humangear products, especially their humangear GoToob 3 Ounce (3 pack) Travel Bottle, Clear/Blue/Green, Large (3 oz). I got this for travel. I haven't used it as a cup yet while staying at a hotel, but I do use it for storing vitamins, antihistamine, etc when I travel. It works out very well. The best part are the additional small storage containers on the inside of the lid. It keeps your pills nice and dry if you do use the cup for liquids.Packs up nice and small! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
