I have 5 of these in my cabinet, no joke. I refuse to buy anything else, they are such high quality. LifeFactory bottles are made in France and the USA (huge selling point for me). I use them every single day and take them everywhere with me. Also, extremely durable, surprisingly so. The seal on the lid is 100% reliable. The entire product is so easy to clean, I do not like bottles with small openings at the top as they are impossible and frustrating to clean. The other day I was walking to my car and accidentally dropped my water bottle on the pavement. It even had momentum... It tumbled through the air and hit the pavement and even bounced a little, then rolled and stopped. I was so worried I'd just totally broken it, or chipped it, or something. It hit pretty hard, not gonna lie. As I picked it up, I was so happy to see that the thick glass in combination with the silicone cover had completely protected it during the fall. I inspected it closely, as I figured this was a great, if unplanned, test of quality and durability. Absolutely no damage, which was awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any and all products from this company.

Great water bottle. I got the lilac 16 ounce with flip straw and it's a great size for me. My husband has the carbon/gray 22 ounce bottle with the flip cap. Look at the photos to get a sense for the difference in size.I was sick of the plastic taste of my past water bottles, and my husband raved about his new lifefactory one, but I thought his was too heavy, too bulky, and I prefer a flip straw. Lucky for me, there are many options!Whereas the 22 ounce size doesn't fit in either of our cars cup holders (a VW and a Honda) my 16 ounce one fits easily, the 16 ounce size is also considerably lighter than the 22 ounce one, so I am willing to bring it along with me. I haven't experienced any leaking yet, though it's been pretty consistently upright, so it hasn't really been tested in that regard. The straw suction works okay. I'd prefer to get more water with each sip, but it'll do.My husband's bottle has been through the dishwasher many times and still looks like new, so I'm confident mine will hold up in the wash as well.Last note, the caps are interchangeable across the different sized bottles. If I ever wanted to try the flip cap, I could use my husband's cap on my bottle.

I am trying to get my toddler to drink more water early in the day and less at night. This is a great bottle for that because both he and I can see the water level. I put a rubber band part way down the bottle to give him a goal of where to drink to. He likes the bottle and has been enjoying drinking out of the straw. The handle is an added bonus for toddler use that I hadn't thought about. You do have to be careful because I imagine if it fell on hard tile or cement it would break, but so far it has been fine. My plan was to have it be more of an in the carseat water bottle. One thing to note is that the straw has to be all the way open as far as it can go for the water to come out. This can be a little hard/confusing/frustrating for a toddler so just be sure to remind them to open it all the way if you hear them getting frustrated. Very happy with the purchase and glad to have a glass option. My son is about 2 years 9 months. He can open the straw himself.

I wanted to increase my daily water intake and didn't want to drink from plastic. After looking at a number of different bottles I chose this one and I love it. Here's why:1. The wide mouth makes it easy to drop in ice and fruit.2. Easy to clean.3. The size is really nice...easy to hold. (I have a big yeti cup that's so unwieldy I don't use it.) It fits nicely into a cup holder too.4. Fits nicely into the side pocket of my backpack.5. The little handle makes it easy to carry when holding other things. Some people complained that the lid doesn't always screw on straight. I haven't had trouble with that. If it doesn't line up right, just start over. I've been making infused water. Here's my favorite recipe so far: frozen cherries & strawberries, and a couple of lime slices. Yum!!

Love this product! I had been drinking only bottled water when I left the house, but read that if plastic warms, chemicals might leech into the plastic. Also, empty bottles are not biodegradable. Glass was recommended. The protective covering is ideal to prevent breakage! 16 oz. capacity serves my needs. Easy to carry and flip top has good seal. Provides ample opening from which to drink. Secondarily, love the color! Just leaves me with the impression that I am drinking clean water (I do filter my water).
