I am a normal person with a lot of regular tools all around the house ...some in toolboxes and some in junk drawers, so I just wanted to consolidate everything. This is it! It has one BIG space that fits a painter’s tray exactly at the bottom and then gets bigger going up from there. This definitely has all the correct sized spaces for all the nails, screws, and little bits and pieces scattered all around my house- so I have one place to go and the bonus is... it rolls! All my screwdrivers, drills, clamps, and carving tools now have a spot. I might buy another for all my crafting stuff like hot glue gun, ribbons, sequins, button collection, material scraps, knitting needles and crochet hooks, and a big space for all the specialty yarn. And I can lock it all up if hiding something away. :-)

Very study, the lock does get some getting to use to at first but you get use to it. Depending on what you put in there it will get heavy with heavy tools. As a woman with a two storey home it isn't easy to get up and down stairs. I'm always thinking of scratches so my husband helps me lift it up and down stairs. Once it is on a flat surface, smooth sailing. The compartments on top are nice. The large chamber inside take some creativity to keep tidy and organize but if you only have large tools in there you have no problem. Small things can get lost and you'd have to literally take everything out to find a sanding sponge, a saw, a small hammer or painters tape. It all depends on what you store in it. Overall though I am glad I bought it. It hold pretty much all my husband's tools and his selection is large. I might need to get a chest sometime next year.

I've been using this for a few months so far and I have to say, it's been super convenient for me to store my tools I use the most, where I need to be. I don't like have a garage to work in, so I have to work at different locations around the house and being able to cart my tools around with a handle made things easier and more productive.I like the storage cups compartment for my screws and smaller stuff to store in, and I can see from the top where I need to reach. The other side holds longer items. As you can see in my pics, you can slide the top storage apart and get into the middle of the box that is plenty big enough to store a few power tools.Nothing is feeling like it's about to break. It rolls great and does lock from the middle so that it wont open up during transportation. As you can also see that the handle retracts in the body and pulls out to pull while walking

We got this for my husband for a Father's Day Gift, after his old tool box disintegrated. He likes it a lot and it holds a really good amount of old tools. He loved the heavy duty back wheels. The top part is not as sturdy as it could be, but if taken care of should last a good amount of years. He is a Senior, so all he wanted was something to roll around the patio easily. Perfect. It is said to be weather resistant, but looking at the top, since it was going to be left outside in the patio, we purchased a waterproof cover that works really wells. For the price we thought this tool box was very good.

Much like the other reviews this isn't heavy heavy duty. I do like that it comes with the small containers on top and a big container on bottom. The bottom container I don't think could hold more than a few drills and a circular saw. I have 12 rolls of packing tape, 20 footling half inch PVC pipes, 250 coffee straws, and a 25 foot air compressor hose. The wheels are nice and there is a handle that will pull out so you can easily roll it. It is a little awkward though like towing a giant suitcase. The top lock is pretty flimsy and will open on its own occasionally but it is lockable by an actual lock. Two thumbs up for that. The top slides in half to open to give access to the bottom container. You have to have the handle pulled out to slide one of the top pieces. Not as annoying as it sounds since one of the top halves just sits on the handle when they are both open. Overall it's a good tool box for what I use it for.
