Pan works well but you definitely need to grease (and flour if baking) as things will stick. That’s really my only complaint. Things cook thoroughly and it’s deep enough for a small lasagna. Also, I cut into it with a metal knife without leaving a mark. But I wouldn’t recommend doing that repeatedly.

Love this pan. Very thick gauge stainless steel. I use it for baking bread rolls. Comes out perfect, and no need to worry about Teflon coatings coming off into your food.

I really like the high sides on this pan. You can cook things that splatter a lot in this. Everything that I've tried so far has cooked evenly. Goes in the dishwasher which ranks really high in my book!

Bought this to use in my counter top oven. It's a little smaller than I expected but is well constructed. Looking forward to using it over time to see how well it cleans and holds up.

I’ve been looking for a perfect lasagna pan with steep vertical sides and this is perfect. It’s also the perfect size for a small household so I’m not stuck with leftovers for weeks.

This was a Christmas gift that I just gave this morning so can’t comment on anything except it was a big hit & looked very durable & sturdy. I suspect it is a winner.

Needed a new pan for my cuisinart oven. This is the perfect size. Conducts heat really well. Great for small casseroles. Very sturdy for a small pan.

wish i'd found this sooner. I use it at least 3 times a week, still looks brand new. takes up less space in fridge I don't cook turkeys, I cook Cornish game hens or a chicken breast. you will love this pan and wish you'd ordered long ago.

This is a great little pan, with high edges. It's the perfect in-between pan. And it's not aluminum!

Bought this pan for a cheap lasagna pan. Price was right! Boy was I shocked, this pan would be great in a restaurant kitchen. Supper strong solid stainless. No rust!

Excellent, exceptional quality pan. Has wonderfully high 3" sides, and is perfect for Lasagna! This pan cleaned up nicely even after reheating leftovers in it. The sides of the pan do not have as much slant as shown in the pictures posted. There is only 1/2 inch difference from top to bottom on each side, thus a slight widening from bottom to top, which makes serving easier. I was hesitant to order because (from the posted pictures) it looked like there was a big difference in the pan from the top to the bottom. I'm really glad I ordered it. It's just what I was looking for!

I've had 2 9X13X2 baking pans over the years that had some kind of coating that rusted and left marks on my counters. When I saw this stainless pan, I cheered out loud! It's smaller than my old pans, but over an inch deeper, so the volume is made up. It is also noticeably heavier. When I received my pan in the mail, I immediately made lasagna. I turned out great; the dish baked evenly; no threats of rusting with the tomato sauce; and clean-up was a breeze. Since then, I've baked several times in it. It's promising to be a sturdy pan with a long life span. I recommend this highly, and I easily may buy some for Christmas gifts.

Searching years for a stainless steel pan this size. It fits perfectly in my Cuisinart Steam Oven. The TeamFar is heavy for an 8x10 inch pan. I measured the weight as 590 grams. No rough edges. As others have said there is no indication of the grade of stainless steel, but for the very reasonable price that is perhaps forgivable. In my simple test a refrigerator magnet did not stick to the bottom of the pan, which may indicate corrosion resistance. Even better there is no impossible to remove label!

I have purchased many pans over the years; some coated, some glass, etc and many have ended up in the trash. This pan however would be a great pan for anyone's kitchen. It's affordable, durable, and easy to clean. You don't have to worry about coatings flaking off and stainless steel will last forever. If I still had children at home, I would have at least two or more of these in the cabinet. It is the perfect size for brownies and lemon squares and if you use parchment paper lining, you don't even have to wash the pan when finished. Wish I had found this pan much sooner. Best size for casseroles for two also.

This has become my favorite baking pan. It is made of a good heavy weight stainless steel with higher edges than most baking pans this size. I'm at 5,300 feet and need a good solid baking pan for high altitude baking. The cake that was baked last week came out perfect. I highly recommend purchasing this baking pan.

This is a nice quality pan, and seems quite sturdy. The sides are higher than a traditional cake pan, making it perfect for use as a small roasting pan as well as baked goods. The stainless is a good weight, finished smoothly, and cleans up easily. Very happy to have obtained this pan at a reasonable cost in my quest to replace older aluminum pans, hoping they will continue on to make more sizes.

The seller was completely accurate and honest in their description of the bakeware pans. They are heavy gauge stainless steel and not flimsy. In the future I will reorder for gifts.

Great heavy pan with nice high sides. Perfect size for small household and you can make nice thick casseroles in it. Fits perfect in my Kitchenaid convection toaster oven. This pan will last well beyond my lifetime.

What a great pan! I first cooked a 5-lb turkey breast in it - the pan is just the right size! After I removed the turkey, I made gravy right in the pan on top of the stove over high heat. I thought I might have a hard time cleaning it, but, after a short soak in hot water, it cleaned up fine. The second time I used it was for roasted vegetables. I wanted only a small batch, so, again, this pan was the right size. The sides are high enough so you don't have to be extra careful while stirring. And it cleaned up fine. For stubborn baked-on grease spots, may I suggest my old standby: baking soda! Sprinkle it on and use a plastic scouring pad (I prefer a Dobie but there are a lot of different types out there) .The only thing that's missing is a roasting rack. Well, amazingly, the NorPro Silicone Roasting Rack is a perfect fit, and will double as a cooling rack. They should be offered as a bundle!

Although I’ve yet to use this pan, it is well made, and expect to have it for years to come.I use a Breville toaster oven, and have been looking for pan to fit it.Although I live alone, I try to cook enough to freeze leftovers. This is the pan to get the job done.I purchased both sizes of this pan, and both areequally excellent.Thank you!

This one will last generations. Hard to get really clean LOOKING. You can scrub and clean it, but the SS is hard to keep from looking (inside) like there are some residue left. It is an illusion. Probably, if I had taken it outside in the sunlight and wiped it dry with a bar towel it would sparkle. It is a useful size and, therefore, is handy. Not too big.
