Terms and Conditions

Please read this carefully. We operate this site for the purpose of promoting and selling the products supplied by us and third party products. By using or submitting an order (and any subsequent orders) on this web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.


1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or a business operated by someone at least 18 years of age) to open an account with us.


1.2 You must ensure that the details you provide are complete and accurate. Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations, and changes to the service. By registering with ECO TRADE COMPANY, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information. All personal information you have provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. All personal information will only be used to process and deliver orders and resolve customer satisfaction issues.


1.3 Any change to your details must be notified to us promptly (right after an order was placed). Please send your request HERE.



Product Purchase:

2.1 You agree to purchase goods from ECO TRADE COMPANY subject to these Terms and Conditions which will apply to all transactions using ecotradecompany.com


2.2 We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us.


2.3 All prices for Products are inclusive of any applicable taxes.


Delivery and Delivery Instructions


3.1 We will deliver the products to the address stated when you set up an account or update the address through trusted courier services. In case of non-serviceable address we reserve the right not to deliver and we will refund the amount if already paid.


3.2 Any times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only and ECO TRADE COMPANY is not subject to any liability whatsoever for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery arising from any cause whatsoever. The Customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch. ECO TRADE COMPANY reserves the right to deliver in installments and each such installment is deemed to be sold under a separate contract.


3.3 All Goods must be checked on delivery. You must inspect your goods as swiftly as possible after delivery and notify us promptly of any errors. We will refund you for any products you receive that were not ordered, are faulty, have been substituted with a product that is unacceptable to you or that were delivered without us following these terms and conditions. However, such liability will be limited to the value of the erroneous and / or undelivered goods.


3.4 ECO TRADE COMPANY assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, accidents, riot, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control and if delays from such causes do occur our delivery period shall be correspondingly extended.

3.5 How do I track my package?

3.6 How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. Any delays caused by any unexpected reasons such as weather disturbances and other concern that are beyond our control is not our fault, we will keep you updated if there will be any delays. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.


3.7 Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package. Failure to do so would forfeit the chance of replacement.

In order to qualify for a replacement or return, you need to let us know first by simply filling up this form  CONTACT US, other wise Eco Trade Company has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. We regret that we cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise. A "FINAL SALE" message is displayed when non-returnable items are added to the shopping cart. Final sale include clearance and deep discount products.

We only accept returns with our return authorization code and return tracking number

Please email us at orders [at] yourfriends@ecotradecompany.com to initiate a return request. We cannot be responsible for items that are shipped back without proper return authorization, after the return period has expired, or that are sent to the incorrect address.

Please note that some products are from other sources or outside US and are considered final sale and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged. For the reason that international shipping would range a minimum of $70 depending on the weight of the package.

If the returned item gets lost in the mail, we are not held liable for it and it would nullify the refund.


Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, just for the reason that you do not like it, you will return it. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). We can only offer you replacements if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that are lost in transit.

Eco Trade Company will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.



Payment Methods:


4.1 ECO TRADE COMPANY uses trusted and secured third party “Payment gateway” solution for enabling customers to make payments. Customers can make payments by debit or credit card or opting through a PayPal if available.


4.2 The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the website on the date on which your order is placed


4.3 Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.


4.4 You agree to compensate us in full for all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) in obtaining payments that have not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions. We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred ask our representative to collect payment from you


4.5 Your credit card and payment details will be held on trusted secured third party payment gateway system; we do our utmost to ensure the security of these details. We store your payment information when you register with us to enable automatic payment for regular orders.  Your payment card details are encrypted, stored and processed by a fully PCI compliant third party provider, and are inaccessible to any ECO TRADE COMPANY staff or any other third party.


Amendment of Orders or Cancellation

5.1 Amendments are only possible before the order is in the preparation status that is within 8 hours once order status is changed to ready to ship or shipped no amendments will be entertained.


5.2 Order cannot be cancelled after it has placed.


5.3 ECO TRADE COMPANY reserves right to cancel the order in case of non-serviceable/deliverable location, discrepancies in payments and erroneous listing of products. In such case customer entitles full refund of made payments.


5.4 You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our terms.





6.1 While every care has been taken to ensure the product information shown on the website is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated and nutrition content may change. We would therefore recommend that you do not rely solely on this information and always check products labels.


6.2 All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging.

8.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the updated Terms and conditions on our Website in place of these. The changes will apply to the use of the ecotradecompany.com after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to order from ecotradecompany.com or use the Website. If you continue to use the ECO TRADE COMPANY Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
