When this is installed as shown in the instructions/photos, most of the light projects up the wall and not as well on the vanity mirrors. (see pictures) We flipped it so the lights are in a down position and it is much better lit on the mirrors now. I got the longer model so that there are lights over each mirror and this did the job. Installation, as often is the case, takes some juggling and needs 2 people - one to wire and one to hold it. Very happy with the new look.
When I first pulled it out of the box, I could tell the construction was much better and well worth the money. After a quick install, I was pleasantly surpised by the amount of light that it put off. I have it on a dimmer swithch, which makes a great addition for my wife when she wants to relax in the tub or when one of us has to get up earlier than the other for work!
Bought this for my master bath to replace the builder-grade fixture. This was such an upgrade! The fixture is sleek and modern with plenty of light and it was so easy to install. My bathroom is about 80 square feet. Most of the time I keep the light dimmed to 1/2 to 3/4 power, but I put it up to full strength in the mornings. I'm going to be sad when it reaches its end of life, but I like it so much that I will buy another if it's still available.
We now have two of these lights installed above bathroom vanities. Easy to install and adjust a bit to either side to line up with our sinks. They come well packaged. The quality of the metal and glass are excellent at least in the brushed nickel we bought. You can hang them up or down depending on your preference. One of the few options in a 48” fixture that is affordable and in style. The light is not harsh and it is plenty bright for double vanity.
This is a sturdy light. I bought a less expensive light for the guest bath and it is wobbly and cheaply built but not this one. The quality is worth paying a little more for. I have never encountered a light fixture this well built. I did give it four stars for ease of installation because some of the screws for mounting the face to the hanging bracket did not align perfectly/ or with enough room to account for textured walls (unsure which) there were eight of them so it didn’t hurt the final result or the sturdiness. On top of the extremely high quality everyone who has toured my house and walks into the master bath immediately comments on how much they like the light (my hubby on the other hand just rolls his eyes about my excitement over it.) But seriously, this is HIGH QUALITY! I’ve never paid this much before for a light fixture but it was worth every penny.
I was looking to replace an outdated, gold, globe light bar in our bathroom. Because I no longer have the paint, it was important to cover up the big footprint of the old light bar. This was the perfect solution and looks great!
My husband surprised me when I came home from work by installing these lights for me. According to him it was a very easy installation. What I like the most is that you can install either way with the light pointing up or down. I had chosen the down side. They are bright enough but not too bright that it blinds him in the bedroom like my previous bathroom vanity lights did. They look great! I am very very please and will probably get the same ones for my other bathroom when we start that remodel.
I was having difficulty finding a 48" wide light for our bathroom. Until my wife and I saw the Everett light from Kira. Absolutely perfect. Very bright, but not harsh because it is slightly diffused. We were replacing an old fluorescent light which flatters NO ONE. The Everett light is on the money. Great price. Sturdy. My building's Handyman installed it with no issues or problems. LOVE THIS LIGHT!!!
Love, love, love this fixture. I had it installed over a large vanity counter and it adds just the correct amount of light for make-up application without being to harsh. I would call it warm white. No bulbs. . The integrated light will last for years according to the manufacturer
Excellent purchase! Exactly as described in this item’s description. Most importantly the fixture looks awesome in place
It’s so sleek and beautiful. I love it! The lighting is somehow built into the device. Very cool.
