How To Make a Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
1 tsp. culinary grade green tea matcha powder
- 1 cup Almond milk (or alternatives like soy milk, coconut milk, cow milk)
- 1 tsp. Sweetener of choice for taste (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Place green tea matcha powder in the bottom of a coffee mug or other heat-proof cup.
- 2. Bring milk to a simmer in a small pot.
- 3. Slowly add milk to the matcha powder, whisking as you pour to avoid clumping until all is combined. Use a handheld frother or your bamboo whisk to get more foam.
- 4. Add your choice of sweetener for taste (optional)
